VD Mon app for iPhone and iPad

VDMON is an extension to Alarm Monitoring System of Samsung Web Services.
VDMON is a utility mobile application which allows user to check and resolve Alarms generated for particular Samsung web-service.
User can check the Alarm generated for any specific service.
User can change the status of Alarm from Open to In-Progress, Resolved or Closed.
User can assign any specific alarm to his/her team member.
User can check the status of specific issue remotely.
User can check the service status using show chart option specific to alarm.
User can check snapshot and logs using snapshot option specific to alarm.
VDMON provides the feature to check the Service running status.
